Some FAQs for collectors who want clarity on authenticity, shipping, and framing.

Are your original artworks signed and dated? Yes, every original piece is hand-signed, titled, and dated by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

How are originals packaged and shipped?Smaller paintings are carefully wrapped and shipped in reinforced boxes. Larger paintings will be shipped by a specialist art courier. You’ll receive a tracking link and delivery confirmation. Please more information on shipping here

Can I view the artwork in person or via video before purchase? Yes, I can arrange an in person or virtual viewing — just get in touch via the contact form.

Do you accept commissions or custom pieces? Yes! I open spaces for commissions a few times a year. Contact me with your idea and we can discuss availability and pricing.

What are Giclée Limited Edition Prints? A Giclée print is a Fine Art Print made using archival pigment inks on museum-quality, acid-free paper, lending exceptional colour, detail, and longevity to the Print. "Limited edition" means only a fixed number of prints are produced. In this case, we have limit prints to 40 across each size and substrate (paper or canvas). Each is signed and numbered, making it a collectible, exclusive piece of art.

Tutorial FAQs

I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Online Tutorials - Each tutorial is a digital experience available immediately after purchase. Because of that I cannot offer refunds once tutorials have been accessed. I encourage you to explore the free preview and read about each session carefully before purchasing — so you can choose the tutorials that feel most resonant for you. I put a lot of time and care into each one to make them a calm, inspiring experience you can return to again and again. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions by email.

“Do I need to be "good" at art to enjoy your tutorials ?” No! This is aimed at beginners, though would be of interest to artists who like Katherine's painting style and atmosphere. The emphasis in these tutorials is on process over perfection — anyone can create something meaningful, regardless of skill level.

"Will this take too much time or preparation?” You're busy and don’t have hours or lots of art supplies? I get it! These tutorials are 30 minutes of teaching time and 45 minutes including drying breaks. The setup is really simple and low-pressure. Each tutorial comes with links to the very simple and few materials you will need.

“Is this just another online course I’ll never finish?” No! As well as providing simple tutorials the growing Slow Living Creatives community is about learning HOW to make small pockets of creative time in your days and weeks. The gentle pace & real-time guidance in well under an hour make these tutorials doable, not another obligation.

“Are art tutorials really worth paying for- can't I get this kind of thing free online?”
Unlike piecemeal and ad-filled tutorials on YouTube, these are an experience — combining art and an atmosphere. They’re not just lessons, they’re "pocket retreats"

Will I have lifetime access? Once you have bought a tutorial you will have lifetime access to it.
